SDSU Basketball: 2012 Diamond Head Classic Schedule Released

The 2012 Diamond Head Classic on December 22nd, 23rd, and 25th in Honolulu, Hawaii has been officially released. Our San Diego State Aztecs will take on the University of San Francisco Dons. Over the course of the last three years the San Diego State Aztecs are 31 – 2 vs. in state universities. The last time the Aztecs and Don’s met at the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic during the 2010/2011 season. The Aztecs came away with a 62 to 56 win, led by current Spur Kawhi Leonard with 15.6 points and 10.7 rebounds.

The major match up the Aztecs are looking for is Arizona. The following is our prediction of who we believe will win the Diamond Head Classic.

3th place Game: Indiana State vs. Miami
Championship Game: San Diego State vs. Arizona
