San Diego State has handed out an offer today to 2013 SF Jeffrey Carroll. His information and highlight video follows the picture.

Jeffrey Carroll is a small forward and member of the 2013 basketball recruiting class. Carroll is 6’5. Jeffrey Carroll attends Rowlett High School in Rowlett, Texas.

He has received offers from Cal Poly, Kansas State, LIU Brooklyn, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Saint Louis, Sam Houston State, San Diego State, Santa Clara, SMU, TCU, Texas State, UTSA and UTEP.
