Chargers: Accused Of Cheating On Monday Night FB.
The San Diego Chargers have been accused of cheating during last Monday nights game against the Denver Broncos. NFL on Fox reporter Jay Glazer reported that the Chargers trainer brought out hand towels filled with illegal “stick-um”. The official tweet can be seen lower in this article.
The San Diego Chargers PR staff who have had a horrible week harassing the fans with the article entitled take a chill pill once again deleted their comments on this incident. They have since released this generic statement, “We are aware of inquiry and cooperating fully with the League.”

Below is the best paragraph I have been able to find on the investigation written by a friend of mine Dan McLellan who is the Chargers beat writer for CBS Sports.
“NFL Security has already begun investigation as SD equipment man was hiding illegal sticky substance and giving to players. Line judge saw it and had it confiscated and sent to broncos and league,” Jay Glazer of Fox Sports tweeted. Glazer explained that a Chargers equipment manager went on to the field during a timeout and dispersed a clear-colored substance on hand towels. The line judge witnessed the activity and tried to confiscate the materials. The equipment manager initially refused to hand over the towels, but officials forced him to empty his pockets, and that is when the substance was discovered. CBS Sports.
These are major accusations and the NFL will take them seriously. Many of the local San Diego Chargers fans are blaming the Monday Night Football loss on Norv Turner and Phillip Rivers. The same fans called for Norv to be fired after the last Chargers season in which the team missed the playoffs. This action true or false adds more gasoline to the fire of those seeking Norv Turner to be fired.
