United States Police and Fire Championships June 15th – 23rd
This summer San Diego will be the home of the United States Police and Fire Championships (USPFC). You might be asking the question what is the USPFC? The USPFC is a chance for Police and Firefighters from all over the United States to engage in a friendly sporting competition. This short paragraph below describes the purpose of the USPFC games.
The purpose of the Games is to encourage and promote a closer bond of fraternity and facilitate harmonious relations among members of the law enforcement and fire safety service at the Federal, State,County and Municipal levels through athletic competition. USPFC.org
Participants in the USPFC will compete in a wide range of events, from air rifle shooting, archery, basketball, tennis, soccer, paintball, water polo and many more. The events will take place all over San Diego including Balboa Park, Scripps Ranch HS, Steele Canyon HS, Mission Bay HS, Claremont HS, UCSD, Valley View Casino Center, Sycuan Resort, Riverwalk (Golf Course), La Jolla Cove, Camp Pendleton and many more locations.
This will be a great event for sports fans and fans of law enforcement alike. The events will commence on June 15th and will run through June 23rd.
