The San Diego Chargers have been bit by the injury bug of late. This is going to be a mini article since I am still in Minnesota winding down my family reunion. This is a list of the Chargers injuries so far.

– Eddie Royal: suffered a bruised lung and possible concussion at practice today (August 17th).

– Danario Alexander: out for the season with torn ACL.

– Malcolm Floyd: knee injury. The extent of the injury is unknown.

– CB Steve Willams: (5th round draft pick from California) out for the season with a torn pectoral muscle.

Other players that are injured include: Jonas Mouton, Devan Walker, Mekvin Ingram, Manti Te’o and Brandon Taylor.
