SDSU Basketball: Diamond Head Classic

This is a short post to keep all of our readers up to date with the Diamond Head Classic. San Diego State won the first game of the classic against USF (University of San Fransisco) and the second game against (Indiana State) and will play in the championship game against the winner of (Arizona vs. Miami FL).

Win – vs. USF (80-58) (Chase Tapley Player of the game 33 points.)

Win – vs. Indiana State (62-55)

Game Notes:
San Diego State wins its 30th straight vs. teams from California, which is the longest active streak nationally and is the longest such streak since 1996-97. San Diego State wins its 23rd straight game in the month of December. That entered today’s game as the second-longest streak in the country.
