San Diego State football is making some recruiting noise on the east coast. San Diego State has been heavily recruiting Christian Cumberlander the number one WR on San Diego State’s radar. Cumberlander is widely regarded as one of the top prep wide receivers in the nation. Cumberlander has one thing in common with current San Diego State Aztec Lloyd Mills and that is recruiting his own teammates. Cumberlander has not even committed to San Diego State and has already talked some of his teammates into coming to San Diego State for official visits.  Cumberlander has cut his top three school’s down to San Diego State, Auburn and Houston.

This is a short post for all you recruiting lovers. We have posted a short bio about both of the players. We have the list of schools that have offered them. They will both be taking official visits to San Diego State University on January 29th. Last but not least the two recruits are being recruited by San Diego State’s Tony White and LeCharls McDaniel.

Reuben Foster (5 Star ILB)

Reuben Foster is an Inside Linebacker from Auburn, Alabama. He is 6 foot 2 and weighs 228 pounds. On Rivals.com Foster is the best (ILB) in the state of Alabama and the best nationally. Foster is rated as the 13th best player in the nation. We heard the breaking news this morning on twitter that Foster would be visiting San Diego State University. That makes Foster the highest ranked player to ever visit San Diego State. Reuben Foster has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Miami (FL), San Diego State, South Carolina, Washington and USC.

Maurice Swain (3 Star OT/DT)

Maurice Swain is an offensive/defensive tackle from La Grange, Georgia. He is 6 foot 6 and weighs 305 pounds. On Rivals.com Swain is ranked three stars. Once again we learned this morning on twitter that Swain would be talking an official visit to San Diego State. Swain has offers from Cincinnati, Georgia State, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Mississippi State, San Diego State, South Alabama and South Florida.
