Recap: San Diego Flash 2 San Diego Boca 2

The San Diego Flash got on the board within the first five minutes of the game. Flash forward Justin Picou was able to get the goal off a header by his fellow teammate. With the early score the Flash looked like the superior squad. San Diego Boca would ramp up their style of play to answer the Flash goal just five minutes later in the 8th minute.

The Flash were playing on their heals throughout the first half of the game as Boca would have the ball on the Flash side of the field. The Flash began to push further into Boca territory as the half progress and had their best chance to increase their lead. The Boca goalkeeper came out of his goal in an attempt to make a diving save in the box. The end result was not was good for Boca as the goalkeeper was knocked over resulting in and easy goal for Flash forward Justin Picou. The Flash would go into halftime with a 2-1 lead over cross-town rival Boca.

The Flash would give up another goal to cross-town rival Boca in the 80th minute. The game would end in a tie, which hurts the Flash badly in the National Premier Soccer league Standings.
