The Aztecs are riding the second longest winning streak in school history at 18 straight wins. That has helped San Diego State to crack the Top 10 this week in the AP Top 25 Poll for just the second time in school history.

(This is a TWITTER LIST that we have created. Everyone on this list is a voting member of the AP Top 25. Please feel free to subscribe to our list! This is the best way that we find out some of the ballots early. Once all of the ballots have been posted we will include links to them.)

Since the polls have been release we will not be updating this article as usual! We are the number one place on the net to see the ballots that have been leaked the day before the ballots are released.
