Olympic Silver Medalist (2004 Athens) Meb Keflezighi has won The Boston Marathon, finishing the race in two hours, eight minutes and 37 seconds. The African born Keflezighi who now resides in San Diego is the first American man to win The Boston Marathon in 31 years (1983). Meb Keflezighi at presser: “It was my dream to win Boston and to make it just like the Red Sox did and do the same thing for the people.” Meb you are now a champion congrats from everyone at San Diego Sports Domination!
