Two Major Media Outlets Partner to Provide Sports Fans With A New Way to Consume Breaking Sports News Updates

SAN DIEGO — U-T San Diego and FOX Sports San Diego have joined forces to provide viewers daily sports updates in the form of 60-second co-branded segments titled U-T FOX Sports San Diego Updates.

Hosted by U-T San Diego’s Luis Cruz and Kaushal Patel, these twice daily updates will provide viewers of FOX Sports San Diego breaking sports news directly from the U-T San Diego newsroom. Each update is scheduled to air three times throughout the day. U-T FOX Sports San Diego Updates are set to debut Monday, August 18 at 1:00 P.M. and will continue airing weekdays between noon and midnight.
