On January 31, 2015 San Diego State University received a commitment from Siloam Springs High School’s Parker Baldwin. Baldwin is a 6’3” 210 pound athlete who played Wide Receiver and Free Safety at Siloam Springs High School in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

According to Baldwin’s NCSA account he compiled 251 tackles 142 of which were solo tackles during his junior and senior season. Baldwin also compiled 1,193 combined yards (rushing & receiving) during his last two years in high school. Baldwin was selected to play for the east in the East vs. West (Arkansas) All Star game during his senior season.

Baldwin was also a track star at Siloam Springs High School. Baldwin won state in the 6a classification in Arkansas in the 200 meters.  Baldwin was also invited to the meet of champions.

Baldwin earned seven division two offers and a total of four division one offers. The four D1 offers came from Central Arkansas, Eastern Illinois University, San Diego State and UNLV. Baldwin committed to San Diego State during his official visit to the University.
