Gulls Kick off Military Week with a W

The San Diego Gulls kicked off military week in their blue digital camouflage jerseys and got revenge on the Bakersfield Condors, the team who handed them their first loss a while back.
The Gulls pounded the Condors 6-1, with a 5-0 lead for most of the game. All around, the team looked the best they have all year. They displayed puck control, passing, and scored on the power play each time they went up (3-3) which is somewhere our offense has been lacking. The Gulls were “outshot” 31-23, but John Gibson was simply amused with the Bakersfield shots. Gulls Goal scorers:

Their was a continuation of brawls that occurred the last game, and the Gulls won every one of them. First fight shown here in which Stu Bickel was victor:

Attendance sat at 6,642, which most teams only dream about even pulling in on a weekend, let alone a Wednesday night! Thanks to everyone who came out.

What may be disappointing, John Gibson (G) may not play, goalie often does not play back to back, but we shall hope so!
Go Gulls, we are 9-2, undefeated at home! Protect the nest!
