Albion SC Pros (3-0-1) are coming into the game against FC Hasental (1-1-1) on Saturday as the only undefeated team left in the National Premier Soccer League Southwest Conference. Albion SC Pros was only able to pick up one point in the conference last weekend against Corinthians USA as both teams stood deadlocked at zero after 90 minutes. Albion SC comes into the game as the best defensive team in the conference thanks to one of the conference’s best goalkeepers. Albion goalkeeper Jean Antoine (Nominated for Mitre National Premier Soccer League Player of the Week One) has gone 360 minutes allowing only one goal. Albion SC will return home on May 7th to take on SoCal SC at 5:00PM.

Our Albion SC Pros interview of the week for week 5 is Felipe Liborio. Felipe has been been on fire early in this 2016 National Premier Soccer League season. Felipe has a man of the match nod and has received a nomination for Mitre USA’s NPSL National Player of the week Award. We had a great time interviewing Felipe and know that he has a bright future ahead. Please feel free to follow Felipe on Twitter @Jr_Liborio. Please enjoy our interview with Felipe Liborio.

David: Which of your exhibition games was the most fun?

Felipe: The first exhibition game that we played against Real San Jose was the most fun. I scored the game winning goal.

David: What inspires you ?

Felipe: Being able to wake up every morning and play the game I love. With all of the support that I have. Being able to help all of these kids going to school and letting them know that they can do anything.

David: Felipe, if you were talking to your Castle Park 17 year old self right now, what advice would you give yourself?

Felipe: I would tell myself to never quit. Push yourself to the limits and never stop grinding.

David: Do you have a message for the kids?

Felipe: For the kids still in school I want you to strive for greatness. Don’t let anyone bring you or your ability down. Do the best you can and never stop grinding. Last but not least please stay in school.

David: What’s your biggest strength?

Felipe: My ability to have a strong engine. To run around and get as many tackles as I can.

David: What’s your biggest weakness?

Felipe: Getting angry when my team is losing. I start to get mad at myself when my team is down. It makes me feel like I did not do enough to help my team win.

David: Who will be the key from Albion SC Pros in beating the FC Hasental on Saturday?

Felipe: Tre Hayes will be the key. He is going to be the guy who we are looking for all day. He had a ton of missed opportunities against Corinthians USA last weekend that he should have made. I feel that this game he will be strong when we are pushing the ball up. I feel that he will get some one on one opportunities against FC Hasental. He is looking to capitalize on opportunities against FC Hasental. Especially his size ability over the opponents will be key.

David: What is the key to beating FC Hasental on Saturday.

Felipe: We need to control the game and play it at our pase. If we can do that we will leave FC Hasental house with a victory.

David: Where do you see Albion SC Pros/NPSL going in 5 years?

Felipe: Albion SC Pros in the NPSL for just one year. I think that we will be able to move into the USL within a year. Albion will Keep rising. The NPSL is a great league and will continue to grow with different teams for many years to come.

David: Where do you see yourself in 3 years.

Felipe: I can see myself playing MLS or Overseas. I could see myself playing for a big club in a big league.

David: Do you have anything that you would like our audience know?

Felipe: I am greatfuly to play for San Diego and play with my Albion Family.
