San Diego Sports Domination covered the 2019 Supergirl competition on July 27th. It was the second of three days of competition. The event is the largest professional female surfing contest and musical festival in the world. This was our third time photographing the event. I started photographing the practice session from 7 AM to 8 AM. This will be the first gallery that you will see. All of those photos taken from the beach. The second gallery (Heat 1 through heat 6) has photos taken from both beach and pier. Many of the ladies who surfed in this event will be surfing in the 2020 Olympic games in Tokyo, Japan. The bigger names that we photographed are Carissa Moore (current 2019 World League No.1 and three-time world champion), Tatiana Weston-Webb (current 2019 World League No. 8 and past SuperGirl Pro Winner) and Bethany Hamilton.
