STRIKE FORCE OPEN DANCE TEAM AUDITIONS

Strike Force Dance Team to take the field, community in 2020 IFL Season

SAN DIEGO, California (February 3, 2020) – The Strike Force has announced the opening of dance team auditions in prep for the 2020 IFL season.

Auditions are currently being accepted via online submission and outbound recruitment through February 15, 2020. Interested prospects may view the full details by visiting www.sdstrikeforce.com/auditions.

Video submissions are being accepted via file shares (Google, WeTransfer, Dropbox etc.) or YouTube links. The video should entail a minimum of one-minute worth of footage in jazz-funk, dance team, or technical style of dance. Additional footage showcasing a dance style of choice is also encouraged. An existing dance reel may be submitted if it includes the styles above or may be submitted as an additional showcase.

In addition to the video submission, a resume and head shot image should also be submitted.

Participants must be 18 or older by February 15, 2020 and must be available for Strike Force home games during the 2020 IFL regular season (March 14, April 18 & 26, May 3, June 7, 21, 27). To view the Strike Force’s schedule online, CLICK HERE.

Dance team positions are hourly, paid roles with the team encompassing practices and game day activities with additional paid opportunities for community outreach and team promotions.

DANCE TEAM COACH ADDITION

Tiffany Domingo is a native San Diegan and for the past 14 years has been working throughout the San Diego Dance Community. She has worked for reputable companies like Culture Shock Dance Center, Academy of Performing Arts San Diego – APA, Prodigy Dance Company, Touch of Class Dance Academy, and most recently as an outreach teaching artist for Malashock Dance Company. Tiffany has also coached many dance programs in the county – Steele Canyon High School Dance Team, Escondido High School Dance Team, was a guest choreographer for the San Diego Kings Dance Team in their first season and is in her second season directing the San Diego Guardian Angels – a semi-professional dance team for the San Diego Guardians, ABA (American Basketball Association). She also independently trains pro dance hopefuls on their journey to NBA and NFL dance teams. Alongside her career as a Dance Team director, Tiffany also teaches dance and health at a local middle school. She is extremely passionate about dance education and her community and is excited for this new opportunity to work with the San Diego Strike Force.
